1 cup savoury yeast flakes
1 can white beans, drained
1 clove garlic, roughly chopped
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp fine pepper + salt to taste
1 ½ cups cooked pumpkin
1/3 cup vegan margarine
1 tbsp tahini
¼ tsp paprika
soy milk or water to thin
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Add soy milk or water to achieve the desired consistency.
Makes about 5 cups, depending on how much you thin it.
