While I was away for the first few days of May, Steve got the ball rolling with a few of his favourites from the region.
The nights are getting cooler though the days are still lovely, which actually makes it a great time to delve into Malaysian and Indonesian food. The dishes are warm and filling and the kitchen isn’t too hot, so it’s quite comfortable to be standing over a hot stove, especially in the evening.
